This policy explains what information Digital Reach LLC (“Digital Reach”, “we”, “us”) collects through thedigitalreach.io and how we use it.

Information we collect

• When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by TidyCal. When you book, TidyCal collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, any answers to our booking questions and, if you choose to receive text reminders, your phone number. TidyCal shares these details with us so we can hold the call.
• When you email or call us. We receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
• When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set its own cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and hold calls, reply to your questions, prepare estimates and proposals, and keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our scheduling: Vercel (hosting) and TidyCal (booking, reminders and calendar invites, which may also use Google Calendar and Google Meet). These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. TidyCal’s booking calendar only loads when you open it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to work with you or respond to you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any follow-up emails by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
